Descrizione del ruolo

We are looking for Online Advisors to join us as independent contractors as part of the support services we provide to our clients’ website visitors.

 

This opportunity is within a young company that is a leader in online customer engagement.

 

In this role, you will interact with visitors browsing an automotive website, guide them throughout their online journey, and answer any questions they may have. You will also qualify prospects and direct them according to their project and needs.

This is a fully remote position.

 
Profilo ricercato

  • Native-level proficiency in Bokmål and Nynorsk is required: we communicate with Norwegian customers 🇳🇴, so your language skills must match theirs.

  • Excellent spelling and strong typing skills are essential.

  • Ideally, you have solid knowledge of the automotive industry.

  • You enjoy customer interactions and have prior experience in customer service (on-site or remote).

Freelance assignment: €17 per hour
Working hours: Between 30 and 40 hours per week (40 preferred)
Availability: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
